No Time To Lose Weight, You Are Too Busy? 5 Ways To Make Time
Losing weight and keeping fit takes time and dedication. So, how do busy people have time to do that? When you are coping with the demands of a busy job or studying and even juggling a career with a young family, how can there be enough hours in the day to prepare healthy food and get on a treadmill? Have no time to lose weight?
The good news is that it can be done. Here are 5 top ways to fit a healthy diet and exercise regime into your busy day.

1. Meal planning and batch preparation
Do some research. Look up the Best Diets 2017 and get some inspiration. Then plan out your meals a week at a time. Go shopping once for all the groceries that you need and spend one evening a week batch preparing the food and storing it in sealed containers in your fridge. That’s all the grocery shopping and food preparation done for the whole week and you will have plenty of free time to devote to exercise.
2. Block off an exercise session in your diary every day
Your whole life is controlled by your diary so put some exercise sessions into it. Block off an hour every other day and don’t allow any other appointments to get in the way. You don’t have problems turning up for your dentist or financial adviser to be as disciplined about exercise. Book into a regular exercise class as this will make you leave work to get there! If you rely on organizing your own gym session you may keep putting it off. There are plenty of health apps for smartphones that will remind you to exercise.

3. Make every second count
Get the maximum benefit from every second that you dedicate to exercising. This means that you can’t spend 15 minutes deciding what to wear, trying to find your training shoes or having a quick look at your smartphone before you head out. Have a clear idea in your mind about when your exercise session starts and ends and give it your all during that time. If you cannot fit in a whole hour, you try to complete a few intense 15-minute sessions instead.
4. Cut down on travel time
Traveling to the place where you are going to exercise does not count as exercise! Try to carry out your fitness session close to where you are. Book into a gym that is close to where you work so that you can fit in a quick session before you head for home. Go for a run around your local park or do a quick training session in your home using a YouTube exercise tutorial.

5. Turn everyday activities into a training session
Exercise whilst you are at work. When you are at your desk, stand up every now and again and stretch your body. Jog to the store or to post a letter instead of walking. Never take the elevator when you could use the stairs. Ditch the car and walk, cycle or jog to work or to your appointments. This will also save you money!
