Use The Ultimate TV Season To Your Benefit

OMG! Nothing beats the return of your favorite television shows or the chance to watch new ones. But instead of falling prey to the cozy feeling of curling up on the sofa and getting fat, why not use these new shows to your advantage by watching them in the gym as you work out. Turn in on the treadmill screens or take your iPad and watch it that way, either way running for an hour as you watch the next episode of Narcos is a two-birds with one stone sensation. The experts say you should do two and a half hours of intense exercise each week, which will be easy when you start binge watching-slash-exercising.

There Is Nothing Wrong With Asking For Help

It’s All About Embracing Autumn

The summer is all about eating ice-creams and tucking into barbecues. Sure, it was meant to be about frozen yogurts and salads, but it didn’t turn out that way. However, the autumn is all about embracing autumnal activities and foods, such as spiced pumpkin soups and apple desserts, all of which help boost metabolism. This is also the time to spend your afternoons in the great outdoors.  All wrapped up as you enjoy some lovely walks through the countryside. You could even find yourself stumbling across some apple trees. In which case, there is your little healthy pick me up the snack.
