Alcohol can be one of the main causes of putting on weight during the holidays while drinking sugar-filled soda will also significantly increase your daily calorie intake. Try cutting back during the holidays, only drinking on very special occasions. And, looking for lower-calorie drinks that will still keep you in the party mood. It’s a good idea to alternate your drinks with water to avoid a crushing hangover. And, also makes sure that you’re not too dehydrated in the morning to fit in your workout.
